The property owner signs a consent form — either at the House of Justice or at a notary’s office. The owner and applicant can come at different times. For remote registration via power of attorney, notarization of documents is required. The consent is issued for a specific property and remains valid until revoked by the owner or until the address is changed.

For Individual Entrepreneurs and LLCs

For individual entrepreneurs and LLCs, the address registration process is the same — the only difference is in the documents submitted. In both cases, the address is specified at the House of Justice together with the business registration application. For LLC registration, a charter is also required, which includes the legal address. For an IE, no charter is needed — the address is specified directly in the application.
